Kate says, you tell jingle bell time by doing jingle bell rock!

Rosalind says, jingle bell time is the speed up time that happpens at the holidays, you know, it seems time goes faster...there is no way to moitor it or slow it down, it just "flows"!
To tell Jingle Bell time I believe you must still BELIEVE. Kind of like in the Polar Express. If you can't hear the bells then you are moving too fast!
Jingle Bell Time is the joyfull laughter of children in a home.
